If you can’t access the Device via HOOBS Client Apps there are several steps you can walk through to regain access to it.

Check if you are able to access HOOBS after each step

  1. Reboot your Router to refresh network connection to HOOBS

  2. Use a wired connection via ethernet cable and connect the device to to your main node (Router)

  3. Check if the ethernet port lights are on (amber steady, green blinking)

  4. Lookup the IP address of HOOBS in your Routers connected devices list, try to connect via IP address

If Point 3/4 fails:
Your device does not boot correctly. Try to power-cycle the device. Otherwise you need to reflash the your HOOBS Device

If you’re using Windows, you must have the Apple Bonjour Service installed then restart your computer after installing it
